We have drove by Sour Dough Solutions 🥖for months and have wondered what the story was! So I asked if we could stop really quickly so I could peak in the window! 👀

The owner Rob noticed us and opened the door to say hi even though he was closed. He was such a nice man. He told us about his transition from the corporate world to opening his bakery in the Sierra Foothills. Both him and his wife were there on Sunday baking their beautiful bread!

We’re excited to hear about his plans to expand the restaurant. He’s partnering with his son and putting in a tap house with the area’s best beer 🍺. Can we tell you how excited we are?!!!
