Broadfork Farm started as a small family garden that grew over the past decade 10 x 10 foot family garden that grew over the past decade into a 1.5 acre micro farm. Farmers’ Market Stand- Growing Heirloom Tomatoes, Japanese Cucumbers, Eggplant, Pattypan Squash, Zucchini, Shishito Peppers and Sweet Peppers. Roma Beans, French Green Beans. Handmade goat’s milk soaps and local honey also for sale!

Sierra Harvest/Food Love Farm

The farmstand, farm tours, and U-pick Tuesdays at this local family farm lets you get up close and personal with where your food comes from! Food Love Farm is open for U-pick veggies, herbs, and flowers this summer — we have been busy planting all sorts of fruits, vegetables, and flowers and are eager to share the farm’s bounty! They specialize in growing the following vegetables: Bell peppers, beans, carrots, cucumbers, greens, lettuce, onions potatoes, tomatoes, and cut flowers.

U-pick is every Tuesday from 4-7pm. U-pick runs all season long, starting in May and ending around the time of our first hard frost.

Some of the types they grow include oyster, shiitake, and lion’s mane. In addition to a variety of mushrooms, the farm also sells products like tinctures and powders made from mushrooms, as well as mushroom grow kits. They offer a farmstand and I would reach out before hand and make sure they are ready for you. In addition to their farms stand, they sells at local farms markets and to restaurants.
